MUKHTAR HASAN

Mukhtar M. Hasan, an Omani national, is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England &Wales and also holds the Corporate Finance Qualification.

Mukhtar is a senior management professional, with extensive international experience covering all significant management and financial disciplines gained across a wide range of industry sectors. Multi-cultural, entrepreneurial and motivational leader. Innovative, catalyst for positive change with an ability to deliver. Promotes learning and development and leads by example. More than 40 years in Oman and fully conversant with local and regional customs and practices.

He has served on the Board of several companies including Omani public companies United Power, Renaissance Services, Renaissance Hospitality, National Hospitality, Muscat Finance, Gulf Investment Services and Oman Textiles and several other private companies as well as the Gulf Commercial Bank in Pakistan. He is currently a Director of Gulf Mushroom Products Company SAOG, Chairman of Muscat Thread Mills SAOG and Vice Chairman of Oman Dental College SAOC. He also sits on the Middle East Advisory Board of ICAEW.

TRINADH CHAVVA

Trinadh Chavva is a qualified chartered accountant from India. Trinadh has more than two decades of professional experience in audit, corporate consulting, accounts, corporate finance and budgeting & planning.
Trinadh has diverse industry exposure including oil & gas (downstream and upstream), banking, manufacturing,public utility services, insurance, FMCG, construction and IT & ITES. He has hands-on professional experience with intense operational and systems orientation, backed by strong business acumen.
Trinadh has expertise in implementing accounting standards and formulating various MIS reports for facilitating the top management in effective decision making. He is an efficient communicator and possessing organized leadership capabilities.
During his professional career he has worked with multinational audit and consulting firms EY, PWC, Deloitte,Mazars, Nexia International, further he has also worked with Omani Government investment company in various capacities.

INSAR ALI

Insar Ali is a qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, and he is also a Graduate in Commerce from University of Punjab.

Insar has close to two decades of experience in the field of audit, taxation, treasury and accounting.

Prior to joining with BAF, Mr. Insar has worked with KPMG Pakistan and Oman for 14 years and after that he has worked with construction and real estate development companies about four years.
